The apartment was well secured and in a great location. It was clean and the towels were so fluffy and fantastic. Armando was easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly to messages. He was accommodating when we needed a late checkout. Will stay again on our next visit.

First of all I like that Armando always answer the phone quickly. The parking lot of the place was organized. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and is near everything. I will recommend it to anyone.

Awesome! Very clean, Armando was very helpful when I couldn't find the place at first. The neighborhood feels safe. I was really excited about the kitchen, which has cooking tools in it, and there is a big grocery store within walking distance which was great. Shower has good water pressure!

Large supermarket nearby, clean and comfy apartment, great communications, safe and off-road parking.

My stay at Armando's was absolutely spectacular. It was better than I had expected. My trip to Ponce was literally a last minute trip and I'm glad I was able to book this AIRBNB as everything was booked. The airport (PSE) was literally 7-8 minute drive. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable-- I felt at home. I will definitely be booking this apartment when I return to PONCE. Thank you Armando for your hospitality.

We had an absolutely great time staying here. Armando was very responsive and helpful to all my questions. It's well appointed, clean, a safe great location and a beautiful home. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Puerto Rico.

The space is perfect especially if you are in town for business. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to everything.

Great place, cozy and good for two. The sofa bed is a little on the short side. Im 5'10 and my head and feet would be at the edge. Other than that its a great place to spend the night. Btw the sofa in its self is super comfy!

The place is very clean, a little difficult to find because the house numbers are not in order, but once there, you will feel right at home. every thing you need is there, The place is very clean and everything seems to be new. Be careful the traffic lights are not all working, at the big intersection. but every one is very careful. Armando is just a call away if you need help

Very cozy little apartment. Perfect for my work trip.

This little place is the perfect place for a single person or couple. Located just minutes away from the expressway and has restaurants, supermarket, gas station, police department within 5 minute drive. Armando was very helpful and attentive. Automatic lights turn on when they sense movement, so getting to the apartment late was very secure. Place has it's own private outdoor space, perfect if you have a dog or like sitting there to look at the stars. Peaceful.

Rest room needs new toilet and better water pressure in shower also sink in the bathroom leaks water out the hole in back of it if you have sink water on full

Everything was good. Cozy little apartment with everything you need. Very centric location, there is a supermarket very nearby and very close to the restaurants and interesting things in ponce. I recomend for weekend stays.

Los Caobos is a great neighborhood. It's safe, quiet, and close to many things that Ponce has to offer. The apartment truly feels like a home away from home, is comfortable, clean, and welcoming.

Overall, Armando's place was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I stayed as a solo female traveler with intentions to explore + volunteer in the area. His place is in a residential neighborhood ad although it's central, you NEED a car. Uber is new to the area and often they don't have cars available, even during the day. I like to walk, but downtown Ponce was about 40-50 minutes walking distance and every other place of interest I mapped was about the same. Driving, it is all very close. There's a Planet Fitness and Crunch gym, both about 10 minutes driving if you want to exercise during your stay. The nightlife was just okay in my opinion, but still to be appreciated. The place itself was just what I needed, a cozy bed, full kitchen & a toaster oven!, and nice outdoor area. I experienced some issues with the hot water while I was there so be sure to double check if that's important for your stay. Overall, I would say it's a good value for the money and easy to feel at home here.

Nice apartament. Easy to arrive and enter the property. Everything in perfect conditions. Has washer and dryer area. The air conditioning are new and cool very well. It has everything necessary to cook and like new. The comfortable rooms and everything very clean. The area is quiet and very safe. The location is close to everything. There is a supermarket, restaurants and other areas of interest walking. High recommended

Great place to stay for any trip. La Guancha and downtown Ponce are a couple minutes drive. Would definitely stay again if I’m around town.

This is a very good place to stay in while in Ponce. Its centric, a few minutes drive from all the main attractions and is in a safe and quite neighborhood. Lots of good walking areas if you're traveling with your fur kid (there's an additional pet fee if bringing your pet). The apartment is equipped with everything you need, its cozy and comfortable. Armando is a phone call away and Don Jose is just right around the corner, ready to help you if you need anything settling in.

Everything went SMOOTH. Both Jose were wonderful. Awesome facilities. Amazing location, every place just a few minutes away. Armando is very professional attending every need you may have. I highly recommend it.

Great experience in Armando’s place - - Very easy to find.. it is a great location and very centrical. - Armando is a very nice and kind host - The apartment was super clean and it had all of our requirement for our stay. - On the day of our arrival Wi-Fi was not working. I wrote to Armando and he replied pretty quickly that Wi-Fi would be restored next day. Indeed, the Wi-Fi started working and Armando let us know when it was restored. - Hot water was on point during our stay. However, on the last day, it was not as hot as the days before. - Walls are a little bit thick as you can hear conversations from other apartments. However, in the night noise is not a problem at all. - Beds are very comfortable and pillows as well. - A/C is a 10/10

Rent Armando's place if you want a clean, economical option for staying in Ponce, especially if you have a lot of people. The house has a number of apartments and the combination of large beds and very good sofa beds makes accommodations very flexible. We rented 3 apartments for 10 people including one couple and everyone was happy. The place is super clean, the air conditioning works well and the amenities are comprehensive but pretty basic. Nothing fancy - though the courtyard with wide canvas shade and big gas grill was very nice indeed. Some minor issues - we lost internet one night, and the hot water is actually solar-heated, so it's warmest in evening after a hot day - not so much in the morning. In short, as business travelers who had plans in the city, we were very happy to have an inexpensive, clean, centrally located place for all of us to stay comfortably. We didn't really want frills, and so the apartments served us well.

La casa esta en una zona tranquila, cerca a un supermarket , la casa es acogedora cuenta con todos los servicios, muy recomendable.

Me gustó mucho, Tiene una buena ubicación y súper limpio. Tiene internet y aire central y súper cómodo.

We were very skeptical about using Airbnb in Puerto Rico but we didn't have an alternative of where to stay for these two nights. Three days before our check in time we received our code information and detailed instructions for check in after 3 pm. Upon arrival we noticed that the lock on the gate was already undone (which was part of the instructions for us to unlock). We proceeded to the room and after entering the code and going inside we noticed that there was luggage and personal items all around. We quickly exited and tried contacting Host. He was out of the country so we did not directly reach him. He had left us his neighbor's information for any difficulties. His neighbor was very confused as to what could have happened. He checked all of the other apartments and finally was able to locate one that would accommodate us. He called the gentleman that cleans and he came over and brought us the necessary supplies. This apartment was smaller (although has an updated kitchen which we did not need). We settled in with mixed feelings as we were not sure if someone else would be coming in to stay in this apartment. The bathroom had a permanent stain in the toilet. The master bedroom bed was being held up by a cement block. Even though the Host said this was an upgrade we were given. After several conversations with Airbnb customer service and emails from Armando, we did not feel our concerns were adequately taken into consideration. Our intent was not to get a free future stay or get the entire current stay comped. We just wanted someone to take responsibility for the mistake made and ensure that this does not happen to a future guest.
