Air conditioning in all rooms including the living area, high speed wi-fi and a high definition TV that allows guests to Netflix access and streaming services as well as local TV content. This property is perfect for a couple or a group of up to 5 people in 4 beds. New bathroom has shower tub combo. WE ACCEPT MONTHLY RENTAL.

The space

Guests can expect major respect and privacy as well as security. Our apartment is fully furnished and has AC units in all rooms and free Wi-Fi. Kitchen includes refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and cooking appliances and has every amenity needed for prepping and cooking all your meals and a dining table that will seat 4. The living room has two sofas beds, perfect for gathering or watching TV. You have access to a private parking right in front. Laundry area for additional fee. 24 hour check-in!

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Owner Policy

Cancellation: Non-refundable: Note that if canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Please register all guest sleeping in the apartment. $75 per night for each guest sleeping on the property without registering
Pet charge of $75 for each pet in extra cleaning service. Please report if you bring a pet. $150 penalty if not reported.
Don’t throw papers or wipes down the toilet. $250 charge for plumber service.
Late checkout is not allowed. If it is allowed will be charge at $20 per hour after 11am.
Don’t smoke inside the apartment. $250 penalty.
The Internet and Netflix service is included but not guaranteed all the time. There may be temporary interruptions.
The parking spot is included but not guaranteed all the time. May be unavailable or occupied by another guest. You must park exactly at the assigned spot or anywhere else on the street without blocking private entrances. $40 daily penalty if you park in any unauthorized private parking.
