We believe that comfort shouldn't be affected by a short passing thru our island; so our apartment is fully furnished with AC units in all rooms and Free WiFi Internet. TV with Netflix. Bathroom equipped with air dryer. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for preparing and cooking your dietary needs. One separate bedrooms for privacy. Patio provides relaxation in a natural scene, a beautifully star studded sky will greet you every night. Our washer and dryer amenities are also located there.

Please register all guest sleeping in the apartment. $75 per night for each guest sleeping on the property without registering
Pet charge of $75 for each pet in extra cleaning service. Please report if you bring a pet. $150 penalty if not reported.
Don’t throw papers or wipes down the toilet. $250 charge for plumber service.
Late checkout is not allowed. If it is allowed will be charge at $20 per hour after 11am.
Don’t smoke inside the apartment. $250 penalty.
The Internet and Netflix service is included but not guaranteed all the time. There may be temporary interruptions.
The parking spot is included but not guaranteed all the time. May be unavailable or occupied by another guest. You must park exactly at the assigned spot or anywhere else on the street without blocking private entrances. $40 daily penalty if you park in any unauthorized private parking.
