Overview

Enjoy a cool, relaxing oasis with a private pool on your trip to Puerto Rico! This tropical two-bedroom house will fit up to 9 guests. An open layout of the common area is perfect for entertaining. This beautifully designed house offers elegant modern details and the warmth that only a tropical island retreat would. The backyard with jet streamed pool, BBQ, and wine bar will make you fall in love with the place and the towns nearby. The home is great for both kids and adults.

The space

Imagine waking up and cannonballing straight into the pool. We can make that dream a reality! The larger room opens to and overlooks the swimming pool. This room has large double closets, a 32-inch TV with Netflix, and a king-sized bed. The guest room has full of full bunk beds, a twin-sized bed, and a twin mattress . Our backyard has a lovely cabana to sun bathe, a BBQ, and a convenient wine bar loaded with a dishwashing machine. A second-half bathroom located in the backyard has a shower head for rinsing off any excess pool water. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and a 40-inch TV with Netflix and cable channels. Dine and chat comfortably in a cozy dining room that fits up to 9 seated guests. The closed garage has space for up to two cars, while safe street parking is also available. Our fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooktop, and coffee machine. We also provide pots and pans, plates and bowls, and knives and forks. The house has a central A/C as well as split units.

Guest access

You can call me or text for any questions at 787-410-6003. Guests have free range to fully utilize every aspect of the house. The kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry space, garage, closets, and backyard with BBQ, pool, cabana, and wine bar are at your full disposal. Any and all goodies stocked in the house are there for your enjoyment.

Other things to note

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

The AC use filter 1500 MPR. It attracts and captures microscopic particles such as smoke, cough and sneeze debris, bacteria and viruses--and large particles, including lint, household dust, and pollen

Please reserve putting the total number of people who will sleep in the residence to avoid extra charges on arrival or cancelation. I have extra charge depending on the number of guests.

Parties and events with additional guests not staying in the house will be charged $150 or more. It depends on the number of people. Please consult for more details and avoid penalties.

Pet allowed for an additional charge of $75 for each pet per week. The service dog is FREE..!

The pool is not heated.

If you need an earlier check-in or later check out, you can ask and, if possible, we will try to accommodate that for additional charge. Please inquire for details.

Chair and beach towel for rent at $20 per day.
