The space

This apartment is located at the first floor, perfect for a couple o small family with children. Everything inside is completely new. Its large kitchen will motivate you to cook your favorite dish because it is fully equipped. The air conditioning covers the entire apartment. Your bathroom is brand new and includes a hair dryer. The living area has a sofa-bed. This apartment has a big room with a queen bed, twin beds and a spacious closet. High speed WiFi Internet. TV with Netflix. It also has a nice shared patio to rest outdoors. 24 hour checking. WE ACCEPT MONTHLY RENTAL.

Shared terrace provides relaxation in a natural scene, a beautifully star studded sky will greet you every night.

Our washer and dryer amenities are also located there. The charge is $10 per each day used.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Please reserve putting the total number of people who will sleep in the residence to avoid extra charges on arrival. I have additional charge for more than 2 guests.

Pet allowed for additional charge of $75 per week each pet. FREE service dog.
