Nestled on the first floor of our two-story building, this apartment offers a delightful and inviting retreat for a small family or group of friends.  Enjoy easy access to a shared patio, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. This apartment is perfect for those seeking a convenient and affordable base for exploring the vibrant city of Ponce.

The space

iscover a charming and inviting space perfect for a small family or group of friends.  The apartment highlights a well-equipped kitchen with an island that can seat two and a separate dining table for two. Prepare delicious meals with ease using the stovetop, oven, and all the necessary utensils. The living area features a cozy sofa where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the 50-inch TV. A sliding window connects the living area to the bedroom, allowing for the cool air to flow through the space.
The bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, providing ample sleeping space for up to three guests. A spacious walk-in closet offers ample storage for your belongings, and an ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience. The remodeled bathroom features a detachable shower head, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Other things to note

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
Please reserve putting the total number of people who will sleep in the residence to avoid extra charges on arrival. 
Pet allowed for additional charge of $50 per each pet. FREE service dog.
If you are traveling with friends, take note that we offer other suites in the same building.
Do not worry about running out of energy or water because we have a full power generator that covers everything and a water tank reserve.
