Take advantage of this private apartment with its own balcony, terrace, front parking and personal entrance. A total of four beds divided into two rooms can accommodate up to 8 people. Living room has a twin sized sofa-bed to make room for an extra guest. Large kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Amenities such as A/C, wi-fi and a 40" TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix as well as local TV content will assure a relaxed stay. This cozy apartment has a kitchen loaded with a refrigerator, oven, gas stove top, small toaster-oven and microwave. Dining room will seat up to six guests. Privacy and security are guaranteed.
Room #1: Queen sized bed with two nightstands. Safe box and clothing iron included.
Room #2: Full over full memory foam bunk bed located next to a full-sized bed and large dresser.
Shared Bathroom: Shower/Bathtub combo. We provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Also included is a hair dryer.
Parking space is included with stay. Access to a shared coin operated washer and dryer is available for an additional $10 per day.

The Internet and Netflix service is included but not guaranteed all the time. There may be temporary interruptions.
Every customer sleeping on the property has to be registered. $50 per night for each guest sleeping on the property without registering.
No throw papers or wipes down the toilet. $250 penalty for plumber service.
Late checkout is not allowed after 11am. $10 per hour of late charge.
No smoke inside the apartment. $150 penalty for smoking.
$75 one time fee of extra cleaning service for bringing a pet.
